“ New York death metallers SUFFOCATION have cancelled their appearance at the 2008 edition of the Death Feast Open Air festival, set to take place June 12-14, 2008 in Hünxe, Germany.
Commented the band: „SUFFOCATION are trully sorry to announce that at the end we will not be able to participate on the Death Fest Open Air due to some personal obstacles and working duties. We had had several other dates right before the confirmation but it had to be iced as well because SUFFOCATION are leaving Europe right after the NAPALM DEATH tour. We hope to re-schedule the date for the next festival volume or we might will see each other earlier. Thanks for the understanding.“
The new headliner on June 13 will be the Swedish death metal legends UNLEASHED.
In other news, BRODEQUIN has been forced to pull out of the festival for „personal reasons.“ Replacing them is CEPHALOTRIPSY.

Dass Suffoction nicht dabei sind, ist echt Scheiße und mit Unleashed wurd ich noch nie warm. Brodequin hätt ich auch gern gesehen, aber da sind Cephalotripsy ein guter Ersatz.
wo suffo weg sin wohl eher unwahrscheinlich dass ich mir noch n tagesticket holen werde

Deranged cancel DFOA. Replacement will be HACKNEYED
Due to the split of DERANGED, we have to announce a special replacement. HACKNEYED.One of the „youngest“ bands in Germany will perform at the Death Feast Open Air. HACKNEYED have recently signed a contract with Nuclear Blast and will release their debut-album on July 25th.

Ich geh da eh nur wegen Origin, JaKa, Fetus, Uneashed, Decrepit Birth und Vermis hin.
Den Rest der Zeit werd ich saufen.Von daher jucken mich die Absagen nicht.
Das wird richtig geil!!!
