Gestern hab ich Suffocation live gesehen, nur mal so als Randnotiz.

Und warum das, du Hinterteil? 😯
Weil sie ein Konzert in Zürich gaben und ich hinging.

Haben ca. 1 1/4 Stunden gespielt, also nicht solange, aber der Sound war einfach der totale Kracher, es war der pure Vernichtungskrieg, eine Band in spielerischer Hochform, eines der besten Konzerte ever.

‚Signs of the Decline‘ ist der totale Wahn!

Ist ihre beste ja, die beiden Vorgänger („Final Holocaust“ und „Enjoy The Violence“) sind aber auch sehr geil, halt einfach mit höherem Thrash-Anteil (Kreator, Sepultura).
Mit dem Sound von der „Final Holocaust“ haben aber allerdings einige ihre Mühe…ist halt ein „bisschen“ rumpelig.

Für mich hat so ein Gerumpel einfach Charme & Stil, daher werde ich mich mit Sicherheit noch damit anfreunden

‚Enjoy the violence‘ wird so oder so gekauft, der Titeltrack ist auch Wahnsinn.

Ich mag die auch sehr gerne. Wobei ich keiner der ersten drei Scheiben jetzt besonders den Vorzug geben würde.

Vorgestern, da war ich übrigens in Karls(kühlt)ruhe.

Im Substage. Lustiges Lokal.

Es spielten: Dying Fetus, Skinless, Dead To Fall, Cattle Decapitation, Ion Dissonance, War From A Harlots Mouth

Es war super. Die Reise war einfach ein bisschen mühsam.
