KYLÄHULLUT: CHILDREN OF BODOM Side Project To Release Album In January – Nov. 28, 2004
According to a posting at Scythes-Of-Bodom.com, KYLÄHULLUT, the Finnish project featuring Alexi Laiho (CHILDREN OF BODOM), Vesku Jokinen (KLAMYDIA) and Tonmi Lillman (ex-TO/DIE/FOR, SINERGY), have completed work on their full-length album, „Turpa Täynnä“ (Hammered), tentatively due in January 2005.
The band, whose name is roughly translated to „Village Fools“, spent a week in the studio recording 12 songs of what is being described as „straight-forward punk.“
„On the first studio day, our drummer Tonmi Lillman arrived completely hammered for the seventh day in a row,“ stated Jokinen. „He had lost his bass, had no drum sticks, not even to mention the drums. But what he did have was a shitload of booze. Laiho and I knew that this would be an excellent session.“

Wildchild hat ja schon in zwei Black Metal Bands gespielt, aber die zum Glück vor ein paar Jahren verlassen!
Das ist übrigens schon die zweite Kylähullut-Veröffentlichung. Ich hab die erste EP und die Stücke sind richtig hart und aggressiv ausgefallen. Ich kann kaum auf das neue Album warten!

www.scythes-of-bodom.com ^^ alles über COBIch hab mir das Sample auf SoB mal angehört und mir gefällt’s.Ich werd mir das Album wohl zulegen,denn das Sample macht Hoffnungen
Dabei ist das Sample noch nicht mal so gut wie die Songs auf der ersten EP von denen. Da singt Alexi auch in Finnisch. Saugeil!

According to a posting on the CHILDREN OF BODOM fan site Scythes-Of-Bodom.com, KYLÄHULLUT, the Finnish project featuring Alexi Laiho (CHILDREN OF BODOM), Vesku Jokinen (KLAMYDIA) and Tonmi Lillman (ex-TO/DIE/FOR, SINERGY), released their new full-length album, entitled „Turpa Täynnä“ (Hammered), in Finland last Wednesday (Jan. 26).
The band, whose name is roughly translated to „Village Fools“, reportedly spent a week in the studio recording 12 songs of what is being described as „straight-forward punk.“ „Alexi sings a few songs, with Vesku Jokinen doing most of the vocals,“ reads a posting on the site. „Just like before, Tonmi Lillman takes care of the drums and Alexi plays several super-fast guitar solos. The lyrics of the album deal with topics like alcohol, groupies, spray painters and people who try to convert others into their own religion. Even Alexi’s CHILDREN OF BODOM bandmates don’t get away without getting mocked by Alexi (all in good fun, of course). Kimberly Goss [of SINERGY] does a guest appearance on the last track of the album by singing a few lines in Finnish.“
