Neues Album:
MOTÖRHEAD haben sich einen Titel für ihren kommenden Longplayer ausgedacht. Das gute Stück, das im September veröffentlicht werden soll, wird den Namen „Aftershock“ tragen. Die Scheibe wurde vonMOTÖRHEADs Haus- und HofproduzentCameron Webb produziert, in den kalifornischen Maple Sound Studiosaufgenommen und umfasst 13 Tracks. Ein paar Songnamen lässt sich die Combo auch schon entlocken: ‚Dust And Glass‘, ‚Knife‘, ‚Going To Mexico‘, ‚Lost Woman Blues‘, ‚Death Machine‘ und ‚Heartbreaker‘ werden auf der Platte zu finden sein.
Der Titel „Aftershock“ passt übrigens ziemlich gut zu Lemmys gesundheitlichem Zustand. Laut dem britischen „Classic Rock“-Magazin musste der MOTÖRHEAD-Frontmann sich kürzlich wegen akuter Herzprobleme einen Defibrillator einsetzen lassen.Quelle: RockHard

MOTÖRHEAD sagen zwei Festival Auftritte ab. Und zwar beim östereichischen Festival See-Rock [22. Juni] und in Mailand [25. Juni]. Grund dafür sei ein ernst zu nehmender Bluterguss bei Sänger/Bassist Lemmy Kilmister. Lemmy war vor kurzem bereits am Herzen operiert worden.

Hoffen wir mal, dass Lemmy schnell wieder auf die Beine kommt. Das alte Schlachtross darf nicht einfach so aufgeben. :mrgit: Ich will mir schließlich im November die Motörhead/Saxon-Tour geben.
