MørliDanke Rex, interessante Band. Löst aber in mir nicht die Emotionen aus, wie es bei Warning der Fall ist. Das einzige, was mir grad einfällt, das da mithalten kann ist „Forever Failure“ von Paradise Lost. Zwar ne andere Richtung, aber eigentlich auch schon fast Doom.

Auch ne sehr interessante Kapelle, mit dem Gesang muß man halt klarkommen. Super finde ich die klassischen, sakralen Chöre zwischendrin. Die melodien finde ich allerdings ziemlich „standard“mäßig, da schreiben Warning schönere finde ich…MørliAber Du findest Soulsearch gewöhnungsbedürftig? 😐 Okay…

Irgendwie haben Warning auch nicht wirklich viel mit klassischem Doom Metal zu tun. Je öfter ich mir Footprints anhöre, desto offensichtlicher erscheint mir das. Für mich ist das ganz krass auf den Punkt gebrachtes, musikalisches Gefühlskino, packt mich, zerfetzt mich, verdaut mich und spuckt mich wieder aus. Vielleicht hab ich diese Musik auch einfach nur zufällig zum richtigen Zeitpunkt kennengelernt, aber momentan nehmen mich diese Songs richtig mit… Koine Ahnung, ich komm grad aus der Wirtschaft und bin ordentlich betrunken, wollt nur ein kurzes, spontanes Statement abgeben.
Sind jetzt wohl leider aufgelöst, wie man aus folgendem Statament rauslesen kann:
„WARNING have cancelled their appearance at DSR, after the gig in Finland Pat has decided that the band will not carry on
I guess Jochen will announce a replacement soon.“
