Für Essen und Wind gibts Haargummis^^ mich nervt nur das ich sehr schnellfettendes Haar habe und dies fällt nunmal bei langen Haaren schneller auf weshalb es schon ein Problem ist wenn ich mal verschlaf und mit ungewaschener Matte aus dem Haus muss. Abschneiden kommt für mich nicht in Frage weil mir kurze Haare wirklich nicht stehen.
