That’s quite understandable. Postage in Norway is a bit expensive, I’m afraid, hence the 5 Euros. I’d very much like for it to be cheeper 🙂
But as I said, it will be available through different mailorders around, so it shouldn’t be a problem to get hold of a copy 🙂
