Cthulhu Mythos würde ich sagen. Also aus den Werken von Lovecraft und Nachahmern (oder Vorahmern? Bin garnicht so sicher wieviel er sich ausgedacht oder von woanders genommen hat). Gibt ein paar mehr Bands, die von sowas inspiriert sind (vor allem Morbid Angel).
