Ich mag diesen ganzen neuen Humppa Wikinger Pseudo Mittelalter Blödsinn Dorfheiden Kram nicht!
Da gibts nur Bathory, Nachtfalke, Frostmoon und ein paar, ganz ganz wenige Ausnahmen.
Wenn ich nur Moonsorrow oder so ne Kacke höre kommts mir echt hoch. Oder Equilibrium.
Auch so 08/15 Wikinger Death Metal geht mir zumindest schwerst auf den Zeiger. Alles irgendwie so tierisch peinlich…..
Danke für diese Meinung, ich war schon fast der Ansicht, dass ich der einzige sein würde, der das so sieht. Wenn ich nur an all die Finntroll Epigonen denke. Kromlek, Equilibrium, Thrudvangar, Turisas und co. Met-Trinkhorn Metal, Party Saufmusik (Beer Beer), Keyboard Gedudel auf Nintendo Niveau. Moonsorrow sind da noch die angenehmsten Vertreter.
Was Pagan Metal mit Folk Einflüssen betrifft sind in meinen Augen Agalloch die Besten. Ohne Keyboardgesäusel, ohne Anleitungen zum Biertrinken und Odin an Weihnachten Anbeten. Sie meiden die Klischees, die andere Band voll ausschöpfen, klingen melancholisch und nicht fröhlich.
… was für ein Glück, dass andere Metal-Sparten auf Klischees verzichten. Man höre nur Nachtfalke. „Hail Teutonia, hail, hail, hail“… „Valhalla, hail!“
