LAMB OF GOD’s new album, „Wrath“, sold around 68,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 2 (behind TAYLOR SWIFT’s „Fearless“) on The Billboard 200 chart.
LAMB OF GOD’s last album, „Sacrament“, sold around 63,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release back in August 2006 to land at No. 8. This represented almost double the amount of records sold by its predecessor, „Ashes of the Wake“, which registered a first-week tally of 35,000 in September 2004.
„Earthsblood“, the new album from New Jersey metal titans GOD FORBID, sold around 5,400 copies in the United States in its first week of release, according to Nielsen SoundScan, to land at position No. 110 on The Billboard 200 chart.
