Treppenhaus kommt auch irgendwie auf die Jahreszeit drauf an, wie häufig wischen sinnvoll ist. Unser vermieter schreibt jede Woche wischen vor, was man sich mit dem Etagennachbarn teilt. Das ist teilweise angemessen, teilweise zu viel. Neuerdings hängt im flur ne liste, die man unterschreiben muss.
