Teachers should take into consideration that they are a crucial element in the construction of their students attitude towards education, science and manners, thus he has to be straightlined and fair. He has to challenge the more advanced learners and make sure no one stays behind. He should take interest in his students as personalities and try to achieve an overlap between personal interests of each and every student and the lessons.
