GrindelwaldThank you. I only need a few people who read through it and say me the biggest misstakes. (And also little misstakes, which aren’t really misstake, but just sound not good.)
Text number one:
Food additives are necessary to protect consumers from harmful bacteria and to extend the shelf-life of a product. They also have a cosmetic effect, like adding colour and flavour. Productions is (1) much easier with food additives and they may (2) improve the quality. For example, bread is often enriched by vitamins.
These days you can’t be sure about what you eat, when you eat something out of deep-freezers oder (3) tins. For sure(4), there are labels on the products, but many of them will be meaningless to you.
(1) Production is much easier
(2) they can improve
(3) or
(4) of course or surely (For sure means „I personally have no doubt about the fact, but in this case it leads an incontrovertible fact)
And one question about the content:
What do you want so say with your last sentence?
