I am a Gerdie – half German, half Geordie 😆 Although I have never ever encountered somebody who could tell I am German. Seems like I do not have a very broad German accent after all. We could ask Grindelwald, she was on the phone with me several times.. People tend to think I am Scandinavian. One even told me I sound South African… ?! Usually I get the „Where’s that accent from?“ question. That’s quite nice. I’d shoot myself if I sounded like Kier or Schwarzenegger!
