referring to the underneath enclosed copy of yesterdays newsbulletin/blog concerning the split up of the band. i have spent the whole day with my lawyer working on strategies concerning future approaches to the situation as it has developed. it is my conviction that i have a solid case, but it will take time to get it settled properly. meanwhile this myspace account will be used by me to update fans and co-workers on further developments.
