SlothropStimmt, das macht die Alben aber nicht besser. Ich bin da ganz bei Eddie: Keine Hits (ußer Sign of the cross und Man on the edge, vielleicht) und darüber hinaus auch noch scheiße produziert.
Genau das ist das Problem: Virtual XI hat einfach keine Songs, sondern ist uninspirierter 08/15 Heavy Rock, dem sämtliche Maiden-Trademarks fehlen, der grottoid produziert wurde und Lichtjahre selbst von den schwächsten Veröffentlichungen der Dickinson-Phase entfernt ist. Darum belanglos.
Achja, Sign of the Cross und Man on the Edge stammen von The X-Factor und stellen in der Tat die seltenen Lichtblicke der Platte dar.
