ploeppIch nehm die nicht mehr, hatte dabei aber auch das Gefühl, dass meine Fingernägel schneller gewachsen sind (und folglich wohl auch die Haare). Im Moment nehm ich Bierhefe, um das mal zu testen. Die Tabletten schmecken allerdings scheusslich… ^^
Ich hab mal gelesen/gehört, dass man davon größere Hupen kriegen soll 😀
