An einem extremen Musikgeschmack wird sich sicher niemand stören, aber wenn ein Bewerber zu 50% auf üblen Partyfotos auftaucht und auch nur in Sangria & Malle Gruppen ist, dürfte das sicher keinen guten Einfluss auf die Bewerbung haben.
Bei ersterem wäre ich mir nicht so sicher, und auch letzteres sollte eigentlich egal.
