Unter 8 Stunden bin ich unausgeschlafen, am Besten 10 Stunden, das ist optimal für mich. 🙂
Bei mir ist das voll komisch…mal brauch ich auch gut 10 Std. Schlaf und wann anders komm ich sogar mit nur 5-6 Std. gut aus und das alles völlig unabhängig von Alkohol oder so ^^
