Ja aber fischstäbchen sind nicht viel gesünder als Pommes ^^
boahaha du hanswurst ey 😀 wenn ich fisch sage, meine ich ne forelle, lachs, zander, tunfisch oder was weiß ich, irgendwas ohne pannade ^^
zum abnehmen kann ich nur den verzicht auf kohlenhydrate / zucker / stärke empfehlen.
