20 years in a business, that is getting faster and faster day by day.
20 years in a business, that is getting harder every year.Thanks do their steadiness RAGE have inspired artists, bands and their fans. Doing a tribute to this band has been long overdue. An idea, born in spring 2004, finally sees the light of day after more than one year of hard work.
On June 3rd 2005 „Back in time – a tribute to RAGE“ will be released.
28 Austrian metal bands – 28 songs originally performed by RAGE. The result? A double CD with 28 cover version of songs from „take me to the water“ to „soundchaser“. On this CD you will find the well-known and loved originals in completely new and surprising versions.

To celebrate this event, a CD release party will take place on 3rd of June 2005 at the PLANET MUSIC in Vienna. Exactly at that venue, RAGE have visited so many times, playing for their Austrian fans there. Tickets are availabel for the price of Euro 6,– at http://www.oeticket.com, http://www.planet.tt and directly by mail at karten@noise-factor.at .
The CD will be presented by the band SEQUIOA DENDRON, supported by the special appearances of many guest musicians and singers from many Austrian bands. They will play most of the covered songs live. Additionally there will be a pyro show during the live set and a video show with original RAGE videos and a video presentations especially for this occasion.
