Ich hab mit der Suchfunktion nix gefunden, und da dachte ich mir, es braucht einen thread für Megadeth’s neues Album. Laut blabbermouth.net (http://www.roadrunnerrecords.com/blabbermouth.net/news.aspx?mode=Article&newsitemID=120414) sind die Aufnahmen im Deth-eigenen Studio beendet, ich hoffe mal stark, es wird ähnlich gut wie United Abominations.

Wird sicher mal reingehört, kenne bisher nur die Peace Sells. Mal schauen, sonst hole ich mir lieber noch ein paar alte Scheiben.
Das hört sich ja gut an! Wird sowieso gekauft! Ich wäre auch sehr damit einverstanden, wenn’s wieder in Richtung „United Abominations“ ginge – die fand ich richtig gut :)! Wenn sie dann noch mit ner fetten Tour nach Europa kommen würden, wie zur Zeit in Kanada (Slayer, Megadeth und Machine Head) *sabber*, aber das wirds wohl wieder nicht bei uns geben:cry:

Crust Punk, Black/Thrash: [COLOR=#ff0000]https://www.facebook.com/Hellburst[/COLOR] Doom Rock, Stoner Metal: [COLOR=#ff0000]http://www.facebook.com/BlackWasteland[/COLOR]Gegen alte Glanztaten à la Peace Sells, oder Rust in Peace, wird das Album eh vollkommen abstinken. Aber dennoch hoffe ich auf ein schönes Stück metal.

Megadteh is ja ( meist ) auch so´ne Band wo sich die Geister komplett scheiden.
Entweder hui oder pfui.Ich besitze jedes Ihrer offiziellen Alben.
Haben ja auch einige Stiländerungen durchgemacht im laufe der Zeit; aber eben nicht gänzlich so radikal wie etwa Metallica.
Es gibt bessere Werke und Schlechtere.
Aber eigentlich is jedes auf seine Art gut anhörbar, wenn man generell den Stil mag.Die letzen beiden waren sehr gut mit Augenmerk auf „The System has Failed“ als wohl bestes Werk der Neuzeit.
Kann eigentlich nix schiefgehen und wird bedenkenlos blind gekauft.

-Peace Sells… But Who’s Buying? ( 86 )
-Rust In Peace ( 90 )sind die besten aus der Frühzeit; eigentlich reiner Thrash/Speed at it Best.
( hierzu muss man sagen dat Megadeth NIE, absolut NIE die härtesten und schnellsten waren. Wohl aber mit die technisch Besten im klugen Kontex det Sognsaufbaus zwischen Speed und eher verhaltenen Passagen- um eben auch interessante Klagkontraste zu produzieren ).-Youthanasia ( 94 )
aus der ruhigeren, experimentellen Phase, aber sehr gut melodisch.

Bestes Werk aus der Neuzeit. Wieder mehr Thrash, härter, Groove aber auch Melodie und
Abwechslung.--

Ich weiß, aber die hab ich beide zufällig für einen Euro bei ebay bekommen:P.
Ich werde mal sehen dass ich die von dir genannten Werke auch kriege.--

Wirklich noch Extraklasse nach all den Jahren.
Vorallendingen der atmosphärische Opener „Into The Lungs OF Hell“ und dat schier geniale „Hook In Mouth“. --

megadeth sind eigentlich immer klasse. denke mal, dass das album mir eh gefallen wird und ich es kaufen werde. mein lieblingsalbum vom megadeth ist übrings youthanasia. dieses album ist gänzlich unterschätzt!

- REUNION-POLIZEI -„ENDGAME“ to be title of Megadeth’s Twelfth Studio Album
New York, NY: Heavy metal institution Megadeth have announced ENDGAMEas the title of their twelfth studio album. The album is expected to be released in September through Roadrunner Records. It was recorded at the band’s self-built brand new studio, Vic’s Garage, located near San Diego and named after the legendary and iconic Vic Rattlehead character.ENDGAME is being produced by Andy Sneap and Dave Mustaine, who also manned the boards for 2007’s United Abominations. Some track titles include „Headcrusher,“ „1,320′,“ „How the Story Ends“ and „This Day We Fight!“
ENDGAME boasts the technicality, ferocity and snarl that’s synonymous with Megadeth and their leader, Dave Mustaine. It’s a violent masterwork that represents Mustaine’s best work in nearly two decades. In a musical world dominated by bands that make generic blanket statements, ENDGAME finds Mustaine, once again, making informed and substantial lyrical declarations about the state of the world we live in.
Mustaine himself commented on ENDGAME, saying, „Thematically, I’ve never been known to be a silent bystander in a world that needs our participation. As more is revealed about our former President’s legacy, a little-known yet staggeringly frightening document, which was signed into law, named ‘ENDGAME,‘ has been uncovered. The album ‘ENDGAME‘ is the most energetic music offering I have penned in over a decade and is far more believable than knowing someone signed ‘ENDGAME‘ -the document- into law. The album is also the perfect ‘ass- kicking‘ music to listen to once you are done reading the aforementioned document!“
In short, it’s the Megadeth record fans of classics like So Far…So Good…So What? and Rust in Peace have been chomping at the bit for.
„This new album is my proudest moment since the famous (or infamous) Rust in Peace album,“ Mustaine also said. „With this album I am also very excited to be introducing my new lead guitarist Chris Broderick to the world. I have always felt lucky to have had top shredders in that position but after touring with Chris in support of my last album, I couldn’t wait to get into the studio and see what he could do.“
Megadeth’s current lineup consists of Mustaine, Broderick, bassist James LoMenzo and drummer Shawn Drover.
Earlier this year, Mustaine was the recipient of the „Golden God Award“ at the first ever Golden Gods Awards, presented by Revolver.
