Commented lead singer Brian Fair: „All of us in SHADOWS FALL could not be more excited about our new working relationship with ILG and Ferret Records. We have always been a band that tried to maintain as much control over our career as possible and this new deal gives us just that. The music industry is changing drastically and to stay one step ahead we knew we needed a new business model and perspective. By combining the forces of ILG, Ferret Music and Channel Zero, we have created a ‚Justice League Of Metal!!'“

SHADOWS FALL drummer Jason Bittner recently stated about the band’s new material, „The songs are a little more on the darker, angry side… lots of heaviness, lots of crazy guitar, and LOTS of room for me to have some fun. There is no doubt in my mind that this will be the best performance of my career, so far, and I owe that to my guys for bringing me incredible riffs to write killer drum parts to.“

die letzte war eine absolute enttäuschung und zum glück ein kommerzieller flop.
vielleicht gehts ja jetzt wieder ein wenig zurück, da man ja den major deal wieder los is. denn of one blood, the art of balance und the war within sind klasse scheiben.

lass mich gerne überraschen.

Massachusetts metallers SHADOWS FALL have set „Retribution“ as the title of their new album, tentatively due on September 15 via via the band’s newly created record label in conjunction with Warner Music Group’s ILG and Ferret Music.

the war within und the art of balance waren beides gute alben.
ich glaub sie kriegen sogar nochmal die kurve nach dem letzten album

Schauen wir mal. Ich könnte bisher allen Alben was abgewinnen, auch wenn die letzte etwas schwächer war. Schade, dass sie nicht mehr so wie auf der „Of One Blood“ klingen werden.

The Art Of Balance ist so verdammt gut! Belanglos ist da nichts. Trifft eher auf die letzte Platte zu.
