have a look at www.zdf.de/zdfmediathek. Anything they’re streaming officially will be available there. Dunno how much that is, though.

Nik: Eeek, that sounds all oh so familiar. As I said before I learned Latin for 7 years. I hated every day of it. I would like t see Latin being replaced by something more useful like Cantonese/Madarin or some Indian dialect. At the end of the day, if you don’t put the necessary compassion into Latin you end up like me. I quit Latin in 1998 and I cannot remember owt (=anything in Geordie :haha: )!

3sat probably has somethign similar on their homepage, the ARD definitely has. Have a look. I usually watch the Tagesschau online.

That’s what I mean, learn something useful like Vietnamese for your missus. Something you can actually work with.
On the other hand, you never know what you need a language for (Latin aside) in the future. My partner wishes he had learned more than 2 months of German when he was in school. Who would have know he’d have a German lass later in life 😆
