I hate english. Is here somebody, who wants to write a text: „How teachers should be.“?
Who teachers should be??? I don’t think the question is Who but What or How… otherwise you would get answers like: Teacher Fritz Meier should be Gerhard Schröder… and obviously that doesn’t make any sense at all…
It’s just been a slip of the pen, you fault-finder..So whats the question How they should be or What tey should be?
You’ve wrote they without a „h“!If you could read, you would know it.

Teachers should take into consideration that they are a crucial element in the construction of their students attitude towards education, science and manners, thus he has to be straightlined and fair. He has to challenge the more advanced learners and make sure no one stays behind. He should take interest in his students as personalities and try to achieve an overlap between personal interests of each and every student and the lessons.
