Tony Scott ist tot. Der 68 Jahre alte Regisseur von Hollywood-Filmen wie Top Gun hat nach Angaben von US-Medien Selbstmord begangen. Die Los Angeles Times berichtete unter Berufung auf die Polizei, dass der gebürtige Brite am Sonntag von einer Brücke ins Wasser gesprungen sei. Mehrere Augenzeugen hätten beobachtet, wie er über einen Zaun kletterte und sich von der Vincent Thomas Brücke in San Pedro, Los Angeles, stürzte. Polizei und Küstenwache fanden seine Leiche, schrieb das Blatt.
