Da über FB schon verlautet wurde, dass für Monster AG 2 auch Songs beigesteuert werden, sollte man das mit dem Konzeptalbum nochmals hinterfragen 😉
Könnte natürlich auch sein, dass das nur Ausnahmesongs sind, die nicht mit dem Album in Verbindung stehen.

Well, it looks like we won’t be waiting too long. The band just posted the following status update:
The status refers to Monsters University, the prequel to the Disney/Pixar movie Monsters Inc. scheduled for release on June 21, 2013. The soundtrack would come out around that time as well, so that means we’ll be hearing new Mastodon music this summer. How cool is that?
This won’t be the band’s first foray into animated features. The band makes a legendary appearance in the Aqua Teen Hunger Force movie, which can be seen here.
