Heute mal wieder nen feinen Galganttee gebraut und ein wenig Pulver ins Joghurt gemischt. Ekelhaft wie immer, aber wieder fast bis gar keine Wirkung…
Wenn meine Toleranz bloß überall so niedrig wäre wie bei Gras und seit neuem auch bei Alk :haha:
